Issy Coleman
Centre Proprietor
Yard manager, BHS Instructor, First Aider, Safeguarding Officer

Qualified to BHSAI (Stage 3 Coach of Complete Horsemanship) UKCC Level 2
Stage 4 Senior Management and Stage 3 Trail Leader
With over 10 years teaching experience and extensive knowledge gained from working on a wide range of riding schools and livery yards; Issy encourages, supports and motivates riders to thoroughly enjoy horse riding whatever their ability and experience.
Issy enjoys  training and competing her horse Paddy, she’ll get stuck into anything but Eventing is her favourite discipline, especially the cross country phase.
Issy is currently training towards the BHS Stage 4 Senior Coach Qualification.


Emily Reynolds
Yard Staff, Trek Leader, Trainee Coach, First Aider

Level 2 Diploma in Work-based Horse Care
BHS Stage 1 and Ride Safe Qualified
Emily has been with the team at Kemberton for almost 3 years now, and it wasn’t long after she joined that Alfie (former school horse) became Emily’s best friend, they’re the perfect team and both looking forward to lots of future outings, including fun rides, cross country jumping and dressage competitions.
Emily worked at a trekking centre before coming to Kemberton so has lots of experience trekking and hacking out.
Soon to be taking the BHS Stage 2 exams with plans to work towards BHS coaching qualifications.


Eliza Hedison
Yard Staff, Trek Leader, Trainee Coach

Foundation Degree in Animal Science with Animal Behaviour
BHS Stage 1 and Ride Safe Qualified
Always joking and keeping a smile on all our faces, Eliza never fails to make us all laugh daily. Eliza’s life is most definitely horses horses horses, if she’s not at Kemberton working, she’ll be spending quality time with her horse Jigsaw, schooling or hacking around the Wrekin. Eliza’s often entering Dressage competitions, including ones at Kemberton, sometimes on the school horses to give them more experience.
Eliza has plans to take the BHS Stage 2 exams.

 

Charlotte Swanson-Robins
Part Time Yard Staff, Trek Leader, Trainee Coach

BHS Stage 1 and Ride Safe Qualified
Charlotte’s been at Kemberton so long she’s becoming part of the furniture! Now only here on a Monday, as she also works for Central Forge farriers, but we couldn’t bear to let her leave. She’s a fantastic source of knowledge and experience, and is always the one to beat for quality speedy yard work.
If you spot Red, Charlotte’s Labrador at the yard, then Charlotte won’t be far away! As well as walking Red in her spare time, Charlotte also enjoys training and competing her horse Ross, specifically Dressage as Ross is still working on his brave pants when jumping.
Now training towards the BHS Stage 2 and BHS coaching qualifications.

 

Poppy Bristoll
Part Time Yard Staff, Assistant Trek Leader, Rider

BHS Stage 1 and Ride Safe qualifications.
Poppy has been riding at Kemberton for many years, and was a key part of the Young Equestrians, joining in with everything! Always favouring a challenge, Poppy is the first to get on anything that’s misbehaving and always prefers the fast ones. After completing her work experience at Kemberton, she’s now working with us every Sunday and during school holidays, especially on busy Pony Days and Competition days. Poppy doesn’t yet have a horse of her own but you’ll often see her schooling the school horses or heading out for a hack.
Poppy is now training towards the BHS Stage 2 exams.

 

Mollie Venables
Volunteer

Mollie has been at Kemberton Stables for many years, starting off with lessons in the riding school and then part loaning Barney whilst completing her college equine course. Mollie has always been on hand to help out but is now officially volunteering for 3 days a week, working towards her equine career. Her mum Jan is now part loaning Barney, as Mollie now has her own horse Benji. Although she still enjoys riding Barney too!
