Brockton Court RDA Group

Our Riding for the Disabled group provide therapy, achievement and enjoyment to people with a variety of disabilities, on our suitably trained horses and ponies. We facilitate riding lessons with the help of our fantastic volunteers and instructors on a Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

Private Lessons

10-11am School Group
The Bridge Special School bring six riders every week during term time.
Many of these riders enjoy it so much they join our Saturday group.

We currently have 10 riders in total but get new interest every day.
Group lessons consist of a maximum of 25 minutes on a suitable horse, with 2-3 riders to a group. £18 per rider

We couldn’t run these amazing life changing sessions without our fantastic team of volunteers and are always looking for more people to help support our group. Please get in touch if you are available to volunteer on any of the above days/times, no previous experience with horses is necessary.

Please note that our rider weight limit is 12 stone for RDA.

We currently have a waiting list for our RDA riding lessons, please get in touch with rider name, age, height, weight, riding experience, disabilities and a contact number/email, to be added to the list and we will contact you as soon as we have a suitable space.

If you have any further questions about our RDA lessons or would like to volunteer then please get in touch with Issy Coleman through our contact page.
